Online Payment – Terms and Conditions

  • Air freight charges are quoted on the basis of the A, B, C & D measurements provided and/or on the basis the dimension of the airline approved crate(s), provided by the client. Additional charges such as additional air freight charges and purchase of crate may be incurred if there is a variance in the details provided and the actual dimensions of the crate at the time of pick up. Please ensure that you indicate the correct A, B, C & D measurement of your pet or the appropriate size of the crate for your pet(s) when you seek our quotation.
  • If the travel kennel is provided by the client, it should be in compliance with the specification mentioned in the IATA Live Animal Regulations and individual airlines’
    Requirements.
  • Global Cargo Services Pvt LTD (GCSPL) will not be held responsible for any airline delays due to technical or weather conditions loss of veterinary document(s), change of aircraft type, airlines not being able to accommodate pet(s) due embargo, change of routing to destination without notice, airline strike, changes in airline regulations and additional charges incurred thereby. GCSPL will strive to inform you should any changes occur to the original schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. However, this may not always be possible due to last minute changes notified by the airline.
  • The quotation may change without prior notice depending on the circumstances that are beyond the control of GCSPL. Any additional charges will have to be paid by the owner in order to render the requested services. The charges include but are not limited to last minute increase in airfreight charges, pet care services, veterinary services, if necessary, additional trips to the airport or vet, after normal working hour charges etc.
  • GCSPL will do all possible to ensure the safety of your pet(s) and provide quality service. However, we will not be held liable should any accident, harm, loss of pet(s), mortality or death occur while under our care. GCSPL reserves the right to seek veterinary attention and medical services, if necessary, at the owner’s expense. GCSPL holds no further responsibility once the pet(s), their documents and belongings are delivered to the airlines/to their authorized Ground Handling agencies, boarding home and left in their possession and/or any proceedings, claims or suits arising thereof.
  • For the safety and wellbeing of our staff, we reserve the right not to handle any aggressive pet(s).
  • The use of any sedative/tranquillizers for pets is NOT allowed.
  • GCSPL aims to treat our clients and staff with courtesy and respect at all times. We operate a policy of zero tolerance to any threat, abuse or violence whether physical or verbal towards any of our staff. GCSPL reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate its services at any point in time when client is deemed unreasonable, difficult or uncooperative.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by GCSPL. GCSPL has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that GCSPL. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.

3rd Party Payment Gateway

All transactions pertaining to pre-orders are handled through third party payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, Stripe for all payments which may have its own terms and conditions that apply. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express and others as made available from time to time, depending on the payment processor. These payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so as to understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.

Content License

1. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, GCSPL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, to (i) access and view any Content solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You have no right to sublicense the license rights granted in this section.

2. You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Site, Application, Services, or Collective Content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual Property rights owned or controlled by GCSPL or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka in the country of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how GCSPL uses and protects any information that you provide to us. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Terms of Services periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions. We may collect from you personal & non-personal information which are necessary to render our services like pet relocation. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

All payments should be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Cancellation after the confirmation will lead to a cancellation fee of INR 10,000 and/or the airline and crate charges if paid, if we are intimated at least two weeks prior to scheduled travel date in advance in writing. The cancellation charges will be 25%, if intimated only 5 days prior to scheduled travel date. 50% if intimated only two days prior to travel date.

Upon receiving your refund request, we will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days. Refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase of services. Customer will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Shipping Policy

Our international shipping services are enabled to ensure that your pet reaches you safely and hassle-free. It is essential to understand out shipping policies to avoid any delays. The relocation will be typically be processed and shipped within 15 business days of receipt of the booking amount and the required documents. Delivery time may vary based on the your final location but generally take between 2 to 3 business days for standard shipping.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
